Terms of Use
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. About Bulwark
Bulwark Defense LLC, based in Prescott Valley, Arizona, operates the Bulwark Legal Defense Network. These terms describe use of our website, inquiry forms, and private referral portal. Separate written agreements govern any approved professional participation, representation, or sponsorship.
2. Information and representation
Website content is general information, not legal advice. Bulwark's intake and coordination services do not provide legal representation. Sending an inquiry, receiving an acknowledgment, creating an account, or receiving a potential referral does not establish an attorney-client relationship or mean that an attorney has accepted your matter. Representation must be arranged directly with the attorney under a separate engagement agreement. Attorneys independently determine conflicts, scope, fees, and whether to accept a matter.
3. Requests and availability
Requests are reviewed based on the information provided, professional availability, and the scope of the network. Bulwark does not guarantee eligibility, a referral, free or reduced-fee services, a response within a particular time, or a case outcome. An acknowledgment confirms receipt only. You remain responsible for court dates, filing deadlines, and obtaining timely legal advice. Do not wait for Bulwark before meeting a deadline. Our forms, email, and chat are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored; contact emergency services for an immediate threat.
4. Information you submit
Provide accurate contact information and only a brief overview. Do not submit evidence, identity documents, privileged communications, confidential client records, or detailed admissions through public forms or chat. Do not submit another person's private information unless you are authorized to do so. Electronic inquiries are not a secure channel for confidential legal documents, and you should not assume they are protected by attorney-client privilege. If further information is needed, Bulwark or a participating attorney will explain the appropriate process.
5. Updates and corrections
Applicants currently do not have a case-status portal. To request an update or correct an inquiry, reply to your acknowledgment email or contact gillilandla@gmail.com. Include only enough information to locate your inquiry. Identity verification may be required before records are discussed or changed. An update request does not extend a legal deadline.
6. Professional participation and portal access
Expressing interest does not approve participation. Professional access requires credential review, approval, account linking, and applicable written participation terms. Use only your own authorized account; keep credentials private and report suspected misuse promptly. Access referral information only for authorized assigned work, and do not copy, disclose, or use it for unrelated purposes. Paralegal access requires approved, active attorney supervision and does not authorize independent legal advice or representation. Professionals must keep credentials and supervision information current and report relevant changes. Bulwark may restrict or revoke access when authorization, credentials, supervision, or compliance requirements are no longer met.
7. Advertising and sponsorship
Inquiries are proposals for review, not accepted placements or contracts. Any approved placement requires written terms covering content, duration, price, and payment. Advertising and sponsorship must be distinguishable from Bulwark's own content. Sponsorship does not determine applicant eligibility, attorney selection, referral priority, or case outcomes, and does not provide access to private case information. A placement is not a guarantee or endorsement of an advertiser's services.
8. Financial support
Bulwark Defense LLC is not currently accepting payments or donations through this website. Expressions of interest create no payment obligation. Do not send payment information through an inquiry form. Bulwark does not represent contributions as tax-deductible or claim nonprofit or tax-exempt status. Any future payment program will require separately published terms and an approved payment process.
9. Acceptable use and site content
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent inquiries, harass others, send spam or malware, attempt unauthorized access, or extract private referral information. Bulwark branding and original site content belong to Bulwark Defense LLC or their respective owners; obtaining access does not grant permission to reuse them commercially. You retain ownership of information you submit; submission allows Bulwark to use it to review and respond to your request and coordinate authorized participation.
10. Privacy, external services, and availability
Read the Privacy page for information about inquiry handling and service providers. That notice is currently identified as a draft pending completion and review; these terms do not replace it. External websites and providers operate under their own terms and policies. The site and portal may be unavailable during maintenance or technical interruptions. Verify important legal information with qualified counsel rather than relying solely on website content.
11. Changes and contact
Bulwark may update these terms as services change. The date above identifies the current version; changes do not amend a separate signed agreement without the process that agreement requires. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not permit to be limited. For questions, update requests, corrections, or suspected account misuse, contact Bulwark Defense LLC at gillilandla@gmail.com without including confidential case details.
