1. About this notice
Bulwark Legal Defense Network uses the business name Bulwark Defense LLC and is based in Prescott Valley, Arizona. This notice explains how information is handled through our public website, inquiry forms, communications, and private referral portal. It covers the services currently available; any new payment, upload, or other service will require updated disclosures before use.
2. Information you provide
Support inquiries collect contact details, location or jurisdiction, a brief description of a legal concern, and relevant scheduling or deadline information. Professional inquiries collect contact details, credentials, licensing or supervision information, and participation interests. Sponsorship inquiries collect business contact details and a proposal. General inquiries, email replies, and chat messages contain the information you choose to provide. Portal records may include account details, verification results, referral assignments, professional responses, and administrative activity.
Provide a brief overview only. Do not submit evidence, identification documents, Social Security numbers, financial account details, privileged communications, confidential client records, or detailed admissions through public forms, chat, or ordinary email. Public document uploads are not offered. An inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship or a guarantee of privilege. These channels are not monitored for emergencies or immediate court deadlines.
3. How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, verify professional participation, coordinate potential referrals, manage sponsorship interest, maintain accounts and access permissions, troubleshoot delivery, prevent misuse, and maintain administrative records. Professional verification may include checking official licensing sources and professional contact information. Submitting a form does not approve participation, promise representation, or grant access to referral information.
4. Providers and storage
Our public website and forms use Wix. Support and professional intake records are transferred to a separate database hosted with Supabase for administrative review and the private referral portal. Information can also appear in source submissions, delivery queues, correspondence, verification records, audit logs, and provider backups. Hosting, authentication, communication, and other providers process information needed to operate their services. Processing locations depend on the providers; this notice does not promise that all information remains in Arizona or the United States.
5. Access and disclosure
Authorized administrators review inquiries. Approved professionals receive access to relevant assigned referrals; paralegal access requires active supervision. There is no public case directory. Sponsorship or advertising does not provide access to private case information. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or legal process, to respond to misuse or security concerns, or as otherwise authorized by you. An attorney who separately agrees to represent you handles that relationship under their own professional obligations and privacy practices.
6. Cookies and technical information
Wix hosting and embedded features may use cookies, local storage, and technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, session identifiers, and service logs for site operation, authentication, security, and measurement. A complete inventory of optional analytics and third-party cookies is still being reviewed. We do not represent this notice as confirmation that every optional tracker is disabled or that every browser privacy signal is automatically honored. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although doing so may affect functionality. Contact us with questions about tracking or privacy preferences.
7. Retention, deletion, and backups
There is currently no implemented fixed automatic deletion schedule for all record categories. Records may remain in Wix, the referral database, correspondence, logs, and provider backups while we evaluate operational needs, legal obligations, disputes, security requirements, and applicable holds. You may request deletion or withdrawal of an inquiry. Requests are reviewed individually; withdrawal or account restriction does not by itself erase all copies. Backup deletion timing depends on the provider and applicable retention or legal requirements. We do not promise immediate deletion from every system or backup.
8. Your requests and choices
To request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, or information about how your records are handled, reply to your acknowledgment email or email gillilandla@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Provide only enough information to locate your inquiry. We may need proportionate identity verification before releasing information or changing records. Available rights and response requirements depend on applicable law; legal obligations, third-party privacy, and legitimate holds may limit a request. You may stop optional marketing messages using an available unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Necessary account or inquiry communications may still be sent while the matter remains active.
9. Security and incidents
The portal uses authenticated accounts and role-based access controls. No website, email, or storage system can guarantee complete security. If you suspect unauthorized access or an incorrect disclosure, contact gillilandla@gmail.com without sending passwords or sensitive evidence. Security concerns and any required notices will be evaluated under applicable law and the facts of the incident. No particular backup restoration capability or independent security certification is promised by this notice.
10. Children and third-party links
The website and professional portal are not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information should contact us. Links to attorneys, sponsors, or other services lead to sites with their own privacy practices; this notice does not govern them.
11. Changes and contact
We will update this notice when our services or information practices change and show the revised effective date.
